About Wellness In Motion
Wellness in Motion offers the human body and soul access to supportive health and well-being modalities. The WIM team offers potent life applicable tools, all with movement as the access point! With dance and yoga at its core, WIM delves into journaling, nutrition, college prep, life-coaching, and more. Beginner to advanced dancers can tap into their own journeys. We study the somatics of the body and the strength of thoughtful technique and apply it to rad choreography and fully express! We can push our edge further when we ignite our deepest body wisdom.
Our group offerings flow and are supportive. The space we hold is inclusive, non-judgmental, and all about self discovery. Most endeavors will involve personal reflection so that participants can have a well rounded and recorded experience. This will be simply for personal use, growth, and beyond. Sharing and performing is always optional.
You can find weekly W.I.M classes offered at Thrive Yoga, and retreat gatherings throughout the year!

Adge is simply on a mission to spread light and love around the world through movement!
Ella is a recent graduate of Ball State University with a BFA in dance and a lover of movement in all its manifestations. She is currently completing her 200 hour yoga teaching certification. Her movement practice is rooted in a deep connection to and awareness of self, community, and world. For her, yoga offers a space to drop into breath and body, acknowledging and respecting the body’s power and knowledge. Her classes are vinyasa style flow with an emphasis on strength, balance, and mobility. She is incredibly excited to be back in Crested Butte moving with the community.
