Annie Tunkey's Class Style(s)

Annie discovered Prana Vinyasa yoga in 2005 when she borrowed a Shiva Rea DVD from the Crested Butte Library. The connection to body and breath through movement inspired a yoga practice that culminated in a 200RYT certification. Annie desires to create a space where students can drop-in and deepen the connection to themselves through their yoga practice. Classes are based on Vinyasa flow and combine music and movement to create a space dedicated to self-realization and connection. Annie enjoys teaching students of all levels.
