Kaitlyn is a Crested Butte native and a mountain girl at heart who loves to travel, create community spaces for heart-centered connection, and study healing modalities. She is a registered RYT 500hr Yoga Teacher specializing in therapeutic yoga and mind-body connection. Her classes focus on deepening self-awareness and cultivating more ease in the body. ⁠

All of her studies, including Incan Shamanism, cognitive science, and quantum physics come together in her classes through holistic sequencing. Kaitlyn believes that yoga is about balancing strength and softness that ripples out into every area of life. ⁠

There are eight steps in the 8-Fold Path of Yoga; our 200-hour YTT explores how each step can be integrated into a modern life so that you can live with ease and light a path of joy for others. ⁠

"More and more I am grateful for the yoga community that I have found in Crested Butte. My family and I moved to CB in December of 2019. We had lived at an ashram in central Virginia for over a decade and the spiritual community is built in at an ashram. I wasn't certain I would find anything like it in our new town, but I did! For me, yoga is a life path, not something that I do for 60 minutes a day. It means living a life of service, love, kindness and compassion.⁠

Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher training is open to anyo

Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher training is open to anyone and everyone with a deep interest in studying themselves and the world around them through a yogic lens. Teacher trainings are in no way limited to students with the goal of teaching classes. Rather, students of ALL interests are encouraged to take a training to feel comfortable being their own teacher. ⁠
⁠
Our 200-hour training will emphasize every step of the 8-fold yogic journey. We deep dive into yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breath techniques), and meditation styles while honing confidence with each practice and strengthening a sense of leadership. Using the Yoga Sutras and other texts, our discussions explore philosophy and how we can incorporate the ancient wisdom of yoga into our modern lives and classes. ⁠

We are thrilled to invite you to our Winter/Spring training cohort! This training will span 9 weekends from January through the start of June. We've left plenty of time between our weekend sessions for skiing and rest.
